-I fixed a bug with the tech damages.  They should be working now (finally! I can't believe
 how I didn't catch this bug before now!)
-the "Barrier" skill has been re-done and is actually useful now!
-"Stupid" AI type is in the bot now!  set it with !setai <monster name> Stupid
